- A nationally certified personal trainer to individualize your program and assist you with your workouts.
- All personal training sessions include two free fitness assessments

Note: Health & Fitness Center memberships are required for Personal Training Services.
How can I hire a trainer?
Only HFC members can hire a trainer. Personal training is not included with HFC memberships.
Fill the personal trainer request form & the health screening questionnaire and submit it at the HFC front desk, along with payment. Once you have submitted and paid for your sessions, a personal trainer staff will contact you within a few days to schedule your initial appointment and fitness assessment.
