Weight lifting facilities: free weights, machines, etc.

Parking Information - Information for finding your way to University Recreation.

Special places and notes:

University Recreation Office - Located in the lower level of the Sports & Fitness Center (SFC). The offices of all the professional staff are located here, if you need to meet with one of them, come to the front window.
The Underground - Located in the lower level of the Memorial Student Center MSC. This center houses the bowling lanes, billiards tables, and lounge area.
